Users must not place, install, activate, or use a Key Patrol™ device on any person, vehicle, asset, or other property unless they own the property, have lawful authority to track it, or have obtained any consent required by applicable law. Any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized use of Key Patrol™ products or services is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access to the Key Patrol™ Services.

When you sign up for a Key Patrol™ mobile User Account, we receive the following information from you:

When registering via social logins like Google, Facebook, and Apple, we receive your first and last name and email address.

  • Usage Information: Key Patrol Service Metadata, Log Data, Device Information, Location Information.
  • Text Messages: With your consent, we may send marketing and service-related text messages to your mobile device. You may opt out of these messages by replying "STOP" at any time.
